Üstad Jim Beveridge tarafından hazırlanım sunulan son ekspresyon J.Walker Ultimate 18 artık bizlerle beraber. İçeriğinde en genci 18 yaşında olan, İskoçya’nın farklı viski bölgelerinden gelen 18 farklı viski bulunuyor. Karışımı oluşturan maltlardan bahsedecek olursak; tatlılık ve şıklık adına Speyside’a ait Cardhu, Glen Elgin ve Auchroiks’i, meyvemsi ve karmaşık yapı adına ise Highland’a ait Blair Athol’u telaffuz etmek mümkün. Tabiki ada maltlarının hafif isli havayı da verdiğini söylemeden geçemem. İlk olarak tatlı meyveler ile başlayan serüven yerini vanilya, karamel ve şekerlemeler eşliğinde ve daha tatlı kuru meyvelere bırakıyor. Bu notlara çok hafif isin etkisiyle veda ediyorsunuz. It contains 18 different whiskies from different whisky regions of Scotland, the youngest of which is 18 years old.
