BURUN: Aroma yönünden oldukça kuvvetli ve zengin olan kuru meyveler, karamelize olmuş portakal ve tabiki is ilk hissedilenler.

DAMAK: Kuru üzüm işin meyve tarafı ancak yağlı yapı ile beraber damakta tuzlu ve isli.

BİTİŞ: Bitişinde en çok kalan is ve baharatlar.

NOSE: Dried fruits, caramelised oranges and of course soot, which are very strong and rich in aroma, are the first to be felt.

PALATE: Raisins are the fruit side of the business, but the palate is salty and sooty with the oily structure.

FINISH: Most residual soot and spices in the finish.
