CONNEMARA 12

Cannemara bölgesinin üzerinde yıl yazan ilk tek single malt viskisidir. 12 yaşında olan 2 kere damıtılan bu viski tarz olarak İskoçya Islay Bölgesi viskilerine çok benzer. Özenle seçilmiş Amerikan meşe fıçılarında olgunlaştırılır. Diğer ekspresyonuna göre daha da isli, baharatsı ve pürüzsüz bir yapısı vardır. 2009 senesinde dünyanın en iyi İrlanda Viskisi seçilmiştir.

BURUN : Burunda güçlü isli beraber karamelize olmuş meyveler hissedilmekte.

DAMAK : İsin gücü damakta da devam ediyor. 12 yıl olgunlaşmanın etkisiyle meşe de kendisinden bahsetmiyor değil.

BİTİŞ : Pürüzsüz bir damağın ardından tipik bir İrlanda viskisi gibi değil, gövdeli ve uzun bir bitişi var.

 It is the first single malt whisky of the Cannemara region with the year written on it. 12 years old and twice distilled, this whisky is very similar in style to the whiskies of the Islay Region of Scotland. It is matured in carefully selected American oak casks. It has an even more sooty, spicy and smooth structure than its other expression. In 2009, it was named the best Irish Whiskey in the world.

NOSE : Caramelised fruits are felt in the nose with strong soot.

PALATE : The power of soot continues on the palate. With the effect of 12 years of maturation, the oak also speaks for itself.

FINISH : After a smooth palate, it is not like a typical Irish whiskey, it has a body and a long finish.
